Guru – All You Can Play Setup & Configuration
All You Can Play
What is an “All You Can Play” package?
An All You Can Play package, or Guarantee of Fun, is a compelling value proposition for guests. It’s also still a new concept for many family entertainment centers and arcades. Traditionally, even with a card system in an FEC, many operators relied on guests coming in, adding an arbitrary dollar amount to their card, then roaming the venue. With the control that the Embed system brings, operators have an opportunity to provide more ‘bang for their buck’ with an All You Can Play package.
All You Can Play products are high-value offers for your guests. You can set up endless combinations of games and attractions to create products that you can sell at a discounted rate as premium value products.
Typically, these allow guests access to a specified number of redemption games, prize games, standard games, attractions, or any combination of each! These products can be defined within your Embed system, allowing you to create as many high-value packages as you require. Set them up as standard every day offers, special promotional events, party upsells, or any of the above.
How to Set Up Your “All You Can Play” Package
The outline provided uses an event (Party Package) as an example product, but you can create and
configure your products for any use. Create products for special occasions like parties or holidays or set up a few standard packages that you can offer to guests all year round.
Following these steps, you will be able to create multiple packages for your customers to choose from based on many factors: standard vs. premium, shorter vs. longer, include more or fewer attractions, etc.
